CCND Application Instructions
Membership dues for CCND are
$35.00/yr which includes your spouse and family. The yearly dues
also includes your subscription to the monthly club
newsletter, Vettester.
To
join, simply complete the application form below and hit the submit
button. Dues payment can than be made either by mailing payment in
to the address below or in person at the next club meeting

use the print function on your computer to print out the completed
application form without hitting the submit button. Include a copy
of this printout along with your payment to the address below or
with you in person at the next monthly
meeting.
