A love for the Outdoors and Corvettes is central in my life.

I have 2 children, Alex is 19 and Kacie is 17.  Donna and I have been married for 25 years.

I currently sit on the Board of Directors for Corvettes for Kids and serve as their Webmaster in addition to being involved with CCND.

We currently own a 1979 Greenwood Widebody Daytona. I enjoy fishing, hunting, traveling (when I am able) as well as a myriad of other activities.

I joined CCND four years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the club and all the activities in which we have participated.

On the home front, I have been involved with the Community Maintenance Corporation from it's inception 15 years ago. I have served as a board member, Vice-President and have been President since June of 1998.

I enjoy traveling, whether it be by land, sea or air.  Cruise ships are a favorite but going to different events, shows or destinations in our 50th Anniversary Edition Corvette is the best!
It really has been a way of life, meeting and making friends with so many Corvette people just can't be beat.

I have been an avid water sports enthusiast for many years.  When not running the boat at wide open throttle, I enjoy slalom skiing, wake boarding and knee boarding.
Through the years I have taught many people, from young to old, to ski.  Want to try?  Call me.

I’m new to the world of Vettes, but I’ve loved sports cars for years, having owned a couple of Porsches, RX-7s and even a Fiat X1/9 that rusted right out from under me!

What I’ve really enjoyed about my 3 years of Vette ownership (aside from how awesome these cars are) is the opportunity to make new friends and give a little something back through my membership in CCND.

Serving as our NCCC governor is an outstanding way to enable our members to enjoy even more events at the local and regional level.

On a personal note, I’m married almost 30 years (Connie) with 2 grown sons (Kurt and Kyle). I live in Talleyville, and keep out of trouble by working as a management consultant for Decision Strategies Inc.

My other interests include golf and tennis, and I am a BIG fan of all the Philly sports teams.

My wife said I have to many hobbies, so I got one more. That being Corvettes.
It was her fault she bought me the first one anyway! And we've been having a blast ever since. We have meet so many great people in the last few years. If it was'nt for CCND I'm sure none of this would have happened. With all the shows and other events I don't think I need ONE MORE HOBBIE.

But the other hobbies are, Hunting, fishing, decoy carving, weekends at the cabin on the river and an occational scuba trip some where warm.

Marion and I live in Hockessin,we have five kids between us and they are grown and on their own.

I'm looking foward to this year. It's going to be a big challenge. Hopefully with the help of the membership we can another great year!

ENJOY THE RIDE, MICHAEL

I've been a car enthusiast since I was 12 and got my first car, a 1969 Austin Healy, but have always loved Corvettes most of all.

My wife Linda and I aquired our first Corvette in March of 2004 after an intensive search of about 8 months. It is a 1965 coupe and was in very nice condition when we purchased it but we worked hard to improve areas we weren't happy with.

We joined CCND in May of 2004.

In Feb. 2006 we aquired our second Corvette, a 1978 that only had 9,400 miles on it. Even with the low milage on the '78 it had been neglected so Linda and I worked hard to bring the car back to the condition that it should have been in. Now we happily have both "His and Her" Corvettes in the garage to enjoy.

We live in Newark along with our dog, a Border Collie named Chewie, and two Calico cats, named Millie and Minnie.
